Requirements
Before installing Woozio, ensure your server meets these requirements. This helps prevent compatibility issues and ensures optimal performance.
Server requirements
The following server configuration settings are required for optimal Woozio performance, especially for theme installation and demo import:
| Requirement | Recommended | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PHP Version | 8.0 or higher | PHP 8.1–8.3 recommended for best performance and compatibility with WordPress, Elementor Pro, and WooCommerce. Enable OPcache for faster rendering. |
| Memory Limit | 256MB or higher | 512MB recommended for large Elementor layouts and WooCommerce stores. Configure via php.ini, wp-config.php, or hosting control panel. |
| PHP Post Max Size | 256MB or higher | Maximum size of POST data that can be sent to the server. Required for importing large demo files or media uploads. |
| PHP Max Execution Time | 300 seconds or higher | Prevents timeout during heavy tasks such as demo import, Elementor template processing, or WooCommerce operations. |
| Upload Max Filesize | 256MB or higher | Maximum file size allowed for media uploads, theme uploads, and demo import files. |
| Max Input Vars | 3000 or higher | Important for Elementor pages with many fields and WooCommerce product settings. |
| Database | MySQL 8+ or MariaDB 10.4+ | Use InnoDB engine and utf8mb4 charset for best compatibility with WordPress and plugins. |
WordPress setup
- WordPress 6.4 or later
- Pretty permalinks enabled
If your hosting provider limits PHP execution time, schedule demo imports during periods of low traffic to prevent timeout errors.
Browser compatibility
Woozio supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Register both your staging and production domains with the same license from the start. This prevents the need to re-activate after moving between environments.
